It is crafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018 A.D.) and the E-Commerce Act, 2025 (2081 B.S.) of Nepal, while also incorporating global best practices for the apparel industry.


1. 14-Day Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For quality and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Wait for Instructions:
We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Ship the Item:
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Returns:
If approved, a full refund, including any taxes paid, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Rejected Returns:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging).


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
